NOTE: Best to resize your image in Photoshop or some other software before you upload to the server. Why? Two reasons: (a) Resizing using the width & height feaure in the image dialog will only resize how the image APPEARS; in other words it will not truly resize the image. So this means people coming to the web site would have a very large download. (b) Resizing using the width & height feature in the image dialog you must be careful to keep the aspect exactly correct. In other words if your image begins as 1024 x 768 and you want to make it 400 wide you better be sure the height is set to 300 so the aspect is still 4:3. Otherwise you get an image that looks distorted. Again, Photoshop is perfect for doing stuff like this.
